True Detective Wrapped Up

Assalamualaikum

Finally finished watching the first season. Hubby ruined most of the episodes by spilling spoilers like seriously baby whyyy. But that didnt change the fact that it was an awesome show. Looking forward for the next season. Even though i will miss Rust and Marty a lot.

The series have this poetic, mind blowing catchy phrases. Mostly by Rust. I love them all. Rust was more like a tortured poet than a cop. Lol

Anyway, here is my favourite dialogue of the whole series:-

“It’s just one story: the oldest, light versus dark,” says Cohle, vulnerable in a way we’ve never seen before.

“I know we ain’t in Alaska ”says Marty, with newfound grit. “But it appears to me that the dark has a lot more territory.”

“You’re looking at it wrong, once there was only dark,” Cohle replies. ” If you ask me, the light’s winning.”

It was bromance and happy ending. Weehoo. Ok back to boring no more good movies to watch. *Snores.

Ps: it is almost march. Zahra will turn 1! Ohmai ohmai. What is a perfect gift for her? A gold necklace? A three wheel bike? A barbie house? Whatttttt

The Upcoming Project

Assalamualaikum~

InsyaAllah we will be in Kota Bharu around this time tomorrow. Everyone back home is missing Zahra terribly. Especially her great grandfather. Raya cina plus hubby got terengganu job hence the trip. I'd love to see everyone back home too. Miss them so much. Honestly, i miss being little. I want to shrink.

But im not going to talk about that. Im going to talk about the fact that im not being a green thumb, wanting to buy plants, flowers, vege seed and maybe herbs to plant at our small garden. Ahh not garden lah. Just a few feet of dirt just beside the parking space. But enough to plant pokok cili or serai or pokok daun kari. At the moment we only have a medium sized pot of bougenvilea (i seriously forgot how to spell that and im too lazy to spell check). And the soil is very dry. Like gurun sahara ady. Very keras too. Hubby is aware of my disability to plant or at least transfer pot trees, but he is encouraging me anyway.

Back to the point. I need some suggestions on what to plant. Say, roses bush? Lemon grass? Or just carpet grass? Maybe 4 or 5 dangling small pots flower on the side fences. Im a little lost here. I honestly love gardening. But plants dont like me. They die after i try to plant them. Reason why i like bouquets more, turn them into dry flowers, potpouri.

Distracted again.

Anyway, those are the plans. Might just refer pinterest right? Lol.

Ok then. Good night lovely people. :*

Ps: had a True Detective marathon with my "roommate". Darn it i will be running around the house like crazy tomorrow packing our things. All because of i was "busy" watching tv. *cries*

Thinking Out Loud

Assalamualaikum

Thinking Out Loud

When your legs don't work like they used to before
And I can't sweep you off of your feet
Will your mouth still remember the taste of my love?
Will your eyes still smile from your cheeks?

And, darling, I will be loving you 'til we're 70
And, baby, my heart could still fall as hard at 23
And I'm thinking 'bout how people fall in love in mysterious ways
Maybe just the touch of a hand
Well, me—I fall in love with you every single day
And I just wanna tell you I am

So honey now
Take me into your loving arms
Kiss me under the light of a thousand stars
Place your head on my beating heart
I'm thinking out loud
That maybe we found love right where we are

When my hair's all but gone and my memory fades
And the crowds don't remember my name
When my hands don't play the strings the same way
I know you will still love me the same

'Cause honey your soul could never grow old, it's evergreen
And, baby, your smile's forever in my mind and memory
I'm thinking 'bout how people fall in love in mysterious ways
Maybe it's all part of a plan
Well, I'll just keep on making the same mistakes
Hoping that you'll understand

But, baby, now
Take me into your loving arms
Kiss me under the light of a thousand stars
Place your head on my beating heart
Thinking out loud
That maybe we found love right where we are

So, baby, now
Take me into your loving arms
Kiss me under the light of a thousand stars
Oh, darling, place your head on my beating heart
I'm thinking out loud
That maybe we found love right where we are
Oh, baby, we found love right where we are
And we found love right where we are

you know, hubby? im thinking 70 is too short. maybe you'll stuck with me forever like no death can tear us apart. that long. :)

you might see a lot of me. i will be computer bound. at least i hope so. suami kata tak boleh keje, kena duduk rumah tenung muka Zahra tapi isteri gigih bekerja dari rumah. gittew. i hope this is a stepping stone to my dream job. insyaAllah.

4 for fighting

Assalamualaikum

My best friends of 8 years came today. The 3 of them. Im the happiest girl. We havent seen each other for a long time. There was always something when we plan to meet. But today they made it here. So, weee~

Now that everyone (except Ummu) is married, of course they have to bring along their spouses and baby. Ummu brought a female plus one. She's a clueless driver. No waze can help her. Haha. So she brings a friend in case she took a wrong exit again. So there was Shaima, Faiz and Wafiy, Yana and Saei and Ummu and Yasmin.

Im not going into detail what happened and whatnot, i'll just say that i cooked and they ate. Ok? Ok. Lol we finished the whole thing. And talked and probably a lot of putting up with babies' tantrums. Moms, right?

These 3 people mean a lot to me. Allah put these 3 people in my life and they stayed with me through my ups and downs, totally no quits. At times i think i dont deserve having them as my friends. I love you so much :") Now that we live close by, we might see each other more often. Wee wee~~

Ps: wafiy is sooo much bigger than zahra. Zahra so thin n short. Lol. Zahra is older by 2 months btw.
